Return Policy

  • The customer has the right to exchange or return the product purchased from the website within 30 days from the date of purchase only in the event of an industrial defect in the product based on a technical report from maintenance or authorized service centers (this also applies to personal care products as they are subject to health conditions) in accordance with In the event that the 30-day period expires, the device will not be replaced or returned for any reason whatsoever, and the customer in this case must contact customer service 19319 to register a maintenance report, for devices for which a maintenance report is registered, in accordance with the text of Article 21 of the Consumer Protection Law.
  • When returning or exchanging the product, the carton and packaging materials must be in their original state and the product carton must not have been opened or used and all its contents accompanied by all original documents, and in the event that there is a gift on the purchase order, it must be returned with the device and if all attachments are not returned, the replacement or return request will not be approved, and in the case of returning or exchanging a purchased product with a price discount or offer, only what the customer has paid will be refunded.

-In the event that the customer wishes to replace or return the product despite the absence of an industrial defect within the period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the product (except for personal care products as they are subject to health conditions) in accordance with Article 17 of the Consumer Protection Law

  1. In the event that the device has not been opened or used and the device is still in its original condition:
    According to Article 17 of the Consumer Protection Law, the consumer has the right to request an exchange or refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, if the device does not have a manufacturing defect, but provided that it is in the condition in which the item was at the time of contracting (i.e. not opened or used).
  • In this case, the product will be replaced with a refund of the price difference between models, if any, or the product will be returned and refunded after deducting shipping expenses (EGP 300 for air conditioners) in accordance with Article 40 paragraph 1 and 2 of the Consumer Protection Law (the supplier is obligated to refund the amount paid to the customer by the same method of payment and the consumer bears the expenses of shipping and returning the product).
  • In addition, in the case of online payment via VISA/Master, Vodafone Cash or Etisalat Cash, an administrative fee of (1.5%) will be deducted from the value of the device, or an administrative fee of (2.25%) of the value of the device in the case of payment through Fawry services, or an administrative fee of (1.45% + 1 EGP) of the value of the device in the case of payment through MPOS machines during the receipt of the product.
  1. In case the customer opens the device’s carton:
    According to Article 17(2) of the Consumer Protection Law, the consumer is not entitled to exchange or return the device in case of opening the device’s carton or using the device as is evident in the following cases:
    A- If the nature of the commodity, its characteristics, or the way it is packaged or packaged prevents or changes its replacement or return or makes it impossible to return it to the state it was in at the time of contracting.
    B- If it is not in the same condition as it was at the time of sale due to a reason attributable to the consumer.
  • Except for the text of this article, the product shall be replaced with a refund of the price difference between models, if any, or return the device to the customer and refund its value, but after deducting (5%) packaging from the total value of the device.
  • In addition to deducting the shipping fees (300 pounds for air conditioners) in accordance with Article (40) paragraphs (1 and 2) of the Consumer Protection Law (the supplier is obligated to refund the amount paid to the customer by the same method of payment and the consumer bears the expenses of shipping and returning the product).
